The Country Club needed a complete management system to control all aspects of the club. The club has over 10,000 active members, and the Club management had a need for a solution for everything from tracking employee attendance to enhancing club member sign-up, POS terminals, to streamlining member management and billing to facilitating banquet planning. Their old system did not perform any of these functions adequately. The new system, a Windows based application utilizing a SQL database, includes an interface to security card scanners to allow employees to clock in and out. The system also includes complete custom accounting (double entry with 5 levels of chart of accounts) and reporting modules since club management did not like any of the commercially available solutions.
