Major Construction Company needed to speed up the annual employee performance review ritual. The Abacusoft designed web based application allows human resources staff to administer the annual review process. As well, it allows each employee to fill in their performance review form online and then alerts the employee's supervisor to fill in their part of the review. Data is available for analysis by Human Resources across years of employment by employee and that data can be combined for further analysis with other Abacusoft web based Intranet applications designed for the client.
