Major Construction Company needed to keep track of the rapid changes in employee assignments on their fifty construction projects. Company also needed to be able to create ‘what if’ scenarios to forecast project personnel requirements for upcoming projects not yet in their ‘pipeline’. The PPS system has provided the Company with the tools to input project personnel assignment data, share that data and view it graphically in easy to read bar chart based reports. The PPS system is the first of a suite of integrated applications requested by the client. Technologies Used: Win Forms (Vb.Net), MS SQL, Web Services, PDF generation components
