Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will play a central role in the complete solution lifecycle from presales efforts and responding to RFP’s to designing the solution and envisioning follow up work to implementation and deployment into production systems. This role requires a proven technical skill set that has been demonstrated in the development of enterprise Line of Business applications and their integration into heterogeneous enterprise systems.

Engagements will vary and will involve providing expert consultancy, mentoring, formulating technical strategies and policies and acting as a “trusted advisor” to customers and internal teams. Sound sense of business and technical strategy required.

Ability to work with or in parallel with multiple development teams consisting of several technical consultants, or large-scale projects is also imperative. Strong interpersonal skills as well as solid strategic thinking are key.

The ideal candidate will be capable of envisioning the solution based on the early client requirements, communicating the vision to both technical and business stakeholders, leading small to medium sized teams through implementation, as well as mentoring and hands-on software development. The ideal candidate would demonstrate successful use of agile software development methods and enterprise application patterns on prior projects in addition to effective leadership skills

Experience:
5+ years experience with business information systems integration or custom business application design and development in a professional technology consulting, corporate MIS or software development environment.

Programming with .NET Framework:

Complete from back end to Windows or Web Forms front end
Enterprise integration technologies (Microsoft BizTalk, MSMQ, Web Services, Remoting)
Microsoft SQL Server Database, Analysis, Integration and Reporting Services
ASP .NET and client web development (XML, XSL, ASP .NET, -AJAX, HTML, Java Script)
Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and Enterprise integration and software development patterns

Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Job Title: Software Engineer (.Net Developer)
Job Description/Responsibilities:

Design, Develop, code, test and debug .Net 2.0 web applications and enhancements to existing software.
Formulate and define system scope and objectives to develop and modify complex software applications.
Meet objectives by analyzing and validating user requirements, identify new features and functionality, streamline and upgrade existing features.

Required Skills:

Must have experience building secure, workflow-based desktop and web applications
Must have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and with highest possible quality
Must have strong understanding of desktop as well as web development
Must be able to pinpoint performance issues and provide optimization solutions
Must have experience designing systems that require heavy database interaction and interaction with other systems via web services
Experience with standard internet protocols like SOAP and XML is required
Must be proficient in application development using MS SQL
Must possess strong UML skills, solid foundation in N-tier development, Design patterns and general OOP
Experience on sites under heavy loads that require meticulous attention to coding practices as they relate to performance and scalability
Experience with unit testing frameworks is highly desirable
Must be able to learn quickly and work independently
Must possess excellent communication skills

Experience:

2+ years of solid C# or VB.Net experience
2+ years of ASP.NET (and the .NET 1.1 Framework) experience
2+ years of experience developing with SQL Server 2000 (including stored procedures)
Strong knowledge of .NET Remoting (including HTTP and TCP/IP) and UDP
Strong knowledge (and wisdom) of IIS6 and it’s internals

Job Title: SQA Manager
Job Description/Responsibilities:

SQA Manager will be responsible for all aspects of system QA along with scheduling, load balancing, prioritizing tasks & deliverables for critical software checkpoints and milestones. The SQA Manager will work with Project Managers and Customers to improve overall Product Quality.

We are looking for a SQA Manager who should possess:

Define, implement, and maintain an integrated testing infrastructure using proper tools to set the QA environment
Set quality standards that will be used to measure & report the quality of the product
Review Requirement Specification Documents & Software
Design Specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of testing requirements
Thorough understanding Software Testing processes
Familiarity with Test plans and Test cases
Be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Knowledge of ISO/CMM/CMMI standards

Experience:
Must have software QA experience of more than 4 years. Must be dynamic and have strong analytical skills. Candidate should have good communication skills and leadership quality.
